If you're not satisfied with your GEAR OUTLET order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


1.Return Period Validity

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new and original conditions, with exemptions on certain categories.


2.What Is the Return Shipping Fee Policy?
1).If you would like to make returns for Items eligible for return from an order, you will need to return the item at your own expense.

2). If you return a damaged or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full return postage cost, once your return is processed.


Terms & Conditions for Returning
A. Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, un-detached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories).

B. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes.

C. Products with passwords/locks should be returned unlocked/disabled.

D. Products that store personal information should be returned after deleting all personal information. GEAR OUTLET will not be responsible in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

E. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be returned separately.

F. GEAR OUTLET will not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to or transacted through GEAR OUTLET is returned by mistake, GEAR OUTLET will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not be responsible for its delivery back to you. You waive any and all claims against GEAR OUTLET in this regard.

G. The refund will be rejected if you return a wrong or used product, please double confirm and make sure you return the correct item.

H. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

The warehouse field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met or if a product is sent directly to GEAR OUTLET Warehouse without prior approval, in which case you waive any and all claims against GEAR OUTLET.

Important Notice:
Please do not send your return package to the sender's address on your package label. This is NOT the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please strictly follow customer service guidance on the return address.

Please make sure you do not include any non-UMUER items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

Some products cannot be returned when there is no quality problem. (As Products Listed Below)


*Products That Can not Be Returned
A. For sanitary reasons, bracelets, earrings, bags, beach blankets, towels, swimming rings, and floaties are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless there is a quality issue.Underwear, shapewear and other personal products do not support the 30day no-reason return service, except for the quality problems of the products;

B. Customized products do not support 30 days no reason to return;

C. Not applicable to products that are returned for no reason within seven days. In case of allergy problems, the buyer needs to provide relevant medical certificates;

D. If the product is damaged due to the buyer's personal reasons (such as self-modified size, washing, oiling of leather goods, embroidery, long-term wear, body odor and perfume pollution), the merchant may not accept the buyer's return application;

E. If the buyer applies for a return due to reasons such as style, color, size and personal preference, it is not a return due to quality problems;

F. Pictures and product information are for reference only. Due to shooting lighting and different monitors, there may be a certain color difference between the product pictures and the real object. Anything within the error range is not a product quality problem.

G. Merchants of gift packs and suits may not accept returns from buyers for some products.

Damages and issues
Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

Gift cards, jewelry, and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

Return & Service

To start a return, you can contact us at uksmartdealz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will send you the requested exhange product.
