Disappointed

So I ordered this for a Christmas present and ordered large, when it arrived it was more like a small so had to send it back to the seller no refund was given for the postage for the initial delivery charge or the return amount which was around £8, I'm disappointed with having to pay for postage for something that wasn't correct
